Paul founded Fathercraft with Chris, his best friend of over 20 years, as the website and resource they wished had existed when they were expecting their first children.

Paul manages our website content, leads on the development of corporate and strategic partnerships, and is the face you'll see in our product reviews and on socials.

Prior to Fathercraft, he managed stakeholder relationships for an arms-length body of the UK government, developed strategic partnerships at a What Works Centre and was a director of a health charity.

Paul lives in Lincolnshire with his wife and two children, enjoys a (now rare) glass of wine and being part of the village running club. He's running the Lincoln 10k in April 2025 to raise money for Working Families.
