Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Fathercraft. By using this website, our shop, our guides, or the Father's Ed platform (together, the Service), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who we are
Fathercraft is operated from the United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@fathercraft.co.uk.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including reverse engineering, scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt our infrastructure, or using it to harass others.
3. Content & medical disclaimer
Articles, guides, and Father's Ed content are educational — not medical, legal, or financial advice. Always speak to a qualified professional (midwife, GP, health visitor, lawyer) for decisions about your health, your partner's health, your baby, or your legal rights. We're not liable for actions you take based on our content.
4. Shop & orders
Shop orders are fulfilled via our partner platform (Shopify). Pricing is shown in GBP and includes UK VAT where applicable. You have the standard UK consumer right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations — contact us to start a return.
5. PΛP∇ collaboration items — US shipping, tariffs & waybill credit
Items in our PΛP∇ collaboration range (including the four PΛP∇ bags) are produced and dispatched from our partner's facility in the United States. Orders shipped to the UK or other non-US destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and a carrier waybill / handling fee on arrival. These charges are levied by the destination customs authority and the carrier — they are not included in the price you pay at checkout, because the US tariff programme fluctuates too frequently for us to quote a reliable figure up front.
Waybill credit offer. To soften the impact, we offer a goodwill credit note worth 20% of your documented waybill / import fee, redeemable against a future order on the Fathercraft store. Conditions:
- You must leave a product review of the PΛP∇ item on the Fathercraft store.
- You must provide proof of the waybill — a carrier document or invoice clearly showing the import fee charged and the order it relates to.
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The credit note is redeemable against a future order with a minimum order value of £60 (excluding shipping). The credit cannot bring the order subtotal below £60.
- Credit notes expire 12 months from the date of issue, are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be combined with other discount codes, and are limited to one credit per order.
- Fathercraft reserves the right to refuse or revoke claims where the proof is missing, illegible, or appears fraudulent.
To claim, email hello@fathercraft.co.uk with your order number, a link to your review, and the waybill document.
6. Intellectual property
All written content, illustrations, photography, and branding on Fathercraft are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share individual articles and guides with attribution and a link back, but you may not republish, repackage, or commercialise our content without written permission.
7. Newsletter & communications
If you sign up to our newsletter we'll email you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8. Privacy & cookies
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy & Cookies page.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fathercraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
